    • Logo, website, marketing collateral, and all creative visuals
  • We're helping Ashley create relationships, connections, and opportunities to talk more about real estate with her audience through content creation and brand development on social media.

THE SOLUTIONS:

  • Design and build her complete brand identity (logo, website, collateral, etc.)
  • Help build efficient processes for sales and communication
  • Build and execute strategies for her social media presence
    • Create daily social media posts on Instagram and Facebook using photos, graphics, and videos.
    • Create weekly long-form videos that live on YouTube, Facebook, and IGTV

THE GREAT THINGS:

  • Ashley has an authentic voice and wants people to connect with her personal story and interests to develop a deeper relationship with her audience.
  • A deeper, one-to-one connection allows her to "sell without selling".

THE NOT SO GREAT THINGS:

  • There's plenty of room for growth, development, and to create processes that allow both Ashley and our team to do more of what is working.

Rachel Dala - Dance Fitness

THE PROJECT:

  • We did a growth and awareness campaign through content creation to help develop the presence for her dance fitness brand.

THE SOLUTIONS:

  • Created a content and posting strategy by utilizing YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Developed a YouTube series providing free and easy dance fitness workouts for her audience for increased educational value
  • Developed a media buying initiative through Facebook and Instagram ads to increase the reach, awareness, and audience

THE GREAT THINGS:

  • At the peak of the initiative we brought her Instagram audience from 554 followers to 19K+ followers and her Facebook Fan Page from 0 to 10K+ internationally by creating content that brought value to her audience and creating brand awareness campaigns through Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • We funneled that traffic into a YouTube initiative that would help qualify her following and help develop "super fans", growing her YouTube audience from 0 to 423.

THE NOT SO GREAT THINGS:

  • After only 3 months of growth and traction, Rachel's consistency in content creation fell off. This forced her audience to lose interest and drastically lose momentum in her growth.
  • Naturally, her audience fell from 19K+ to 14K+ over time.

Khristian Avelar - Real Estate Agent

THE PROJECT:

  • We developed a content and posting strategy specifically catering to Khristian's direct social circle and audience.
  • Majority of Khristian's business comes from referrals from his sphere, so creating processes on how to connect with his sphere and stay top-of-mind is important.

THE SOLUTIONS:

  • Helping him shape his brand's voice as an extension of his personality and character to create content that connects with his audience.
  • Keep a consistent flow of daily and weekly content on his social media platforms using photos, videos, and graphics.

THE GREAT THINGS:

  • Khristian is a fun-loving person, so creating content for him is all about extending his personality into his social content.
  • His content is a mixture of his comedic personality and showing his professional expertise as a real estate agent.
  • Showing all sides of Khristian from personal to professional allows him to express complete transparency and give a very authentic connection with his audience.

THE NOT SO GREAT THINGS:

  • We're still very early into his content development.
  • Creating a habit of content creation is a small hurdle because it's sometimes difficult to integrate new processes into his workflow.
